Daysleeper Lighting is the work of Gabriella Mazzucco, a multidisciplinary artist and fabricator based in Gowanus, Brooklyn. With an extensive background in fabrication and metalwork, and a passion for salvaged materials, she began by refurbishing vintage fixtures and bringing reclaimed glass back to life in a modern way.

Over time, her love of metalwork and lighting came together. Today she restores vintage pieces and designs new ones from leftover steel from projects in the shop, so every fixture has a past and a future.
